TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to all the terms below. These terms may be updated at any time, and the most recent version will always apply. Changes do not apply to commissions confirmed prior to the update and will only apply to new commissions.
WHAT I DO:
• Original Characters (OC) and Mascots
• Character Design
• Custom Illustrations
• Packages for content creators and RPG.
• Artwork for personal or commercial use (under specific conditions).
WHAT I DON'T DO:
• Extreme gore
• NSFW content
• Highly detailed muscles
• Realistic art
• Explicit religious or political content
• Commercial use of copyrighted intellectual property (characters, brands, etc.)
PRICING AND PAYMENT
• Prices vary depending on complexity, number of characters, background, and usage.
• Each commission is priced individually based on the client’s request.
• “Starting at” prices are only a base reference and do not represent a fixed price.
• Payment is accepted via PayPal.
• Payment may be required as: 100% upfront, or 50% before starting + 50% before final delivery.
• Work will only begin after the initial payment is confirmed
• Significant changes after sketch approval may result in additional fees
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
• No refunds will be given after work has started.
• Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund at the artist’s discretion.
• In case of cancellation, only the completed progress may be delivered.
• Final payment must be completed within 7 days after completion.
• Failure to do so may result in cancellation without delivery of the final artwork, or the project being paused until payment is completed.
WORK PROCESS
• The client must provide references and a clear description of the request.
• After the initial payment, a sketch will be provided for approval.
• Once approved, the final rendering process (lineart and coloring) begins.
• Progress updates may be shared during the process.
• Final artwork will be delivered after full payment is completed.Revisions:
• Up to 4 minor revisions are included during the process.
• Revisions after the coloring stage may incur additional fees.
• Major changes in later stages will be charged separately.Deadline:
• Delivery time ranges from 2 days to 1 month depending on complexity.
• Deadlines may be adjusted when necessary with prior notice.
• Delays in client response may pause the delivery timeline.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
The artist retains all copyright and ownership of the artwork and may display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
If the client wishes to keep the artwork private, an additional fee may apply.✔️ The client may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes (profile picture, banner, social media) with proper credit.
• Request commercial usage under prior agreement.❌ The client may not:
• Claim authorship of the artwork.
• Resell, redistribute, or profit from the artwork without permission.
• Edit, alter, or remove the signature without consent.
• Use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or machine learning systems.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is not included in the base price.
It must be requested and agreed upon beforehand.Includes, but is not limited to:
• Use in brands, logos, or visual identity
• Games, digital projects, or applications
• Physical or digital products for sale
• Monetized content (such as social media, videos, streaming, etc.)
• Any use involving direct or indirect profitPricing varies depending on the type of use, reach, and purpose.
Extended licenses or full ownership rights may require additional fees.
GROUP COMMISSIONS
Commissions requested by two or more people will be treated as a single project.
The total price will be defined for the project as a whole.PAYMENT
• Payment splitting between clients is their responsibility
• Work will only begin after at least 50% of the total payment is received
• In some cases, individual price adjustments may be made to accommodate clients from different countries
• These adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not apply to individual commissionsIMPORTANT

COMMUNICATION
CONTACT
• Commissions can be requested via Discord, email, or Instagram
• Communication will be text-based only
• Voice calls, video calls, and audio messages are not available
• Personal information will not be sharedWORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 17:30 (GMT-3)
• No guaranteed availability on weekends or holidays
• Extended absences will be communicated in advanceNOTE
• Excessive pressure regarding deadlines may result in cancellation of the commission
FINAL NOTES
• Prices may be updated at any time
• It is recommended that the client has the full budget available before requesting a commission
• The artist reserves the right to refuse any request without explanation
