By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms may be updated at any time, and the most recent version will always apply.
WHAT I DO?
✅ Original characters and mascots
✅ Character design
✅ General use illustrations
✅ Custom packages for content creators and RPG
✅ Custom art in general for personal or commercial use
WHAT I DO NOT DO?
❌ Extreme gore
❌ NSFW content
❌ Highly detailed muscles
❌ Realistic art
❌ Content of an explicit religious or political nature
❌ Commissions that use or reproduce existing protected intellectual property (e.g., copyrighted characters, logos, registered trademarks)
PRICING AND PAYMENT
• Prices vary according to complexity, characters, background, and commercial use.
• Payment via PayPal (accepted currencies: GBP, USD, CAD, EUR).
• 100% upfront or 50% before + 50% upon delivery.
• Major changes after the sketch phase may incur an extra fee.
WORK PROCESS
• The client sends references and a description of the request.
• After the initial payment, a sketch is made for approval.
• With the sketch approved, lineart and coloring begin.
• Updates can be sent during the process.
• After the remaining payment, the final art is delivered in the requested format.
• Up to 4 simple changes are free during the process.
• Changes after the coloring phase may incur additional costs.
• Major changes at an advanced stage may be charged separately.
• Delivery time is between 2 days and 1 month, depending on complexity.
RIGHTS AND ART USAGE
The artist retains the copyright and intellectual property of the work.THE CLIENT CAN:
• Use the art for personal purposes (avatars, banners, social media with proper credit).
• Use the art for commercial purposes upon agreement with the artist.THE CLIENT CANNOT:
• Claim authorship of the art.
• Resell or distribute the art.
• Edit, alter, or remove the signature/watermark without permission.
• Use the art for Artificial Intelligence, NFTs, or any machine learning system.
REFUNDS
• I do not offer refunds at any stage of the commission. All payments are considered final.
• The client may cancel the order at any time, but without a refund, and the art will be delivered only up to the completed stage.
• The final payment must be made within 1 week. If not completed within this timeframe, the commission will be cancelled, and only the sketch may be provided.
COMMUNICATION
CONTACT
• Orders can be placed via Discord, email, or Instagram (DM).
• Communication will be text-only. I do not take voice/video calls or listen to audio messages.
• Personal information is not shared; contact is kept strictly professional.BUSINESS HOURS
• Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Brasília Time / UTC-3)
• I do not work and do not guarantee responses on weekends or holidays.
• In case of extended unavailability, the client will be notified in advance.NOTE
• Excessive delays in response may result in the cancellation of the commission.
DUO OR GROUP ORDERS
• When 2 or more clients commission the same artwork, the order is treated as a single commission with a fixed price.
• The price is applied in the client's chosen currency (e.g., 60 USD, 60 EUR, 60 GBP), without currency conversion.PAYMENT SPLIT
• Clients may split the payment among themselves, but work only begins after 50% of the total amount or full payment is received.
• Cost splitting is the clients' responsibility; the artist will not get involved in disputes.IMPORTANT
• All clients must agree to these Terms of Service.
• The request must be submitted with all details already decided (characters, theme, style).
FINAL NOTES
ARTIST'S RIGHTS
• The artist reserves the right to display the art in their portfolio, social media, and work samples, unless the client pays an extra fee to keep the art private.OBSERVATIONS
• Prices may be subject to adjustments in the future.
• Even with split payment (50% + 50%), it is recommended that the client has the full amount available before requesting the commission.
• By commissioning, the client declares to have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
